  • The unboxing video and clear photographs of the product may be required for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  • Consumables and hygiene-related products where applicable.


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order shall be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for return.

  • Photos and videos showing the issue.

  • Unboxing video (recommended for damage claims).

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


6. Exchange Policy

We may offer replacement or exchange instead of refund in cases involving:

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.


7. Shipping Charges

8. Damaged Parcels

If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Refuse delivery if possible; or

  • Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the package.

Claims regarding transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


9. Manufacturer Warranty

Products carrying manufacturer warranties are covered solely by the respective manufacturer or brand.

Mile27Store.in acts only as a reseller and does not independently provide warranties unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.


10. Limitation of Liability

Mile27Store.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
